 My Philosophy

I look where others may not see it.  I purchase affordable lots & transform them into quality homes that are priced within reach of working families & individuals.  I believe affordable housing should not mean sacrificing pride, appearance, or quality.

My 30+ years of construction & real estate experience have taught me that homes are an investment. A place where families build memories.  I take pride in finding creative ways to control costs, while still delivering homes that people can not only afford, but also be proud to own.

At the heart of what I do is a simple goal: to turn overlooked land into beautiful homes & make the dream of homeownership attainable for more people.
